Vacuum evaporator with mechanical vapor compression

We offer two types of vacuum evaporators with mechanical vapor compression:

Falling film for flow rates from 30 l/per hour up to 4.000 l/per hour. Natural circulation or E SERIES, from 10 l/per hour up to 120 l/per hour.

The equipment requires low energy consumption: between 36-85 Kwh/m3 distillate (Falling film) up to 90-100 Kwh/m3 distillate (Vadest E).

Main sectors and applications:

• Industrial paint: degreasing baths, phosphating, passivation, washing water, resin eluates, ion exchange.
• Metal-mechanic and automotive supplies industry: superficial treatment baths, washing baths, vibratory finishing water, compressor blow downs, floor washing water, drilling oils, oil emulsions.
• Metals and light alloys injection casting : mould-releases, oil emulsions, etc.
