High volume flow rate vacuum evaporators

For higher volume flow rates, from 4.000 l/per day up to 90.000 l/per day, we provide concentrator evaporators driven by hot water or steam from an external circuit as sources of energy, which enables the use of heat residual flows.

Units can be 1, 2 or 3 staged and heat transferred to the evaporated product is fully recycled during the following stages, producing a “cascading” effect. Lastly, the distillate is condensed by means of a cooling tower with insignificant consumption of water.

These vacuum evaporator units are designed to support up to 3 stages, so as to double and even triple the production without involving an increase of energy supply.

We supply two configurations:

• Vadest DPM, with a horizontal boiler, for flow rates of between 4.000 to 30.000 liters per day.
• Vadest MFE, with a vertical boiler, for flow rates of between 40.000 to 90.000 liters per day.

In addition, we supply single-stage equipments, with internal scrappers, series Vadest LT VR, for productions of up to 6.000 litersper day.
